Choose You Not Your Partner or Friend

Let go of your limiting beliefs and inner critic.

Pretty much everything we have experienced at some point in our lives has come around to shape and define who we currently are. From our conscious and subconscious states of mind, we are driven to think thoughts, speak words, and even take action based on what we have deeply rooted in us. The experiences that forge these ways of processing information and doing things with them can be benign or malevolent. However, no matter what circumstances we face, we must understand that we are the ultimate deciders in these issues.

The failures of your past are there to help you. You can learn from them, and you can choose to use them as a platform to launch you to higher heights. The little beliefs you hold dear can either positively or negatively impact your life. The impact they will make can be slight or severe depending on how you operate with them. These little beliefs can be a part of personal principles that guide you to follow the right path. But, some of them have an equal or higher negative influence in your decision making and overall life as you know it.

It's okay to question your choices, and it's perfectly normal to feel not up to some tasks occasionally. But, if you keep preaching this gospel to yourself, it will be what prevents great things from reaching you. Don't allow yourself to be a self-established hindrance to your progress.

Find your inner strength and start fresh. There's so much inside of you that can accomplish so many great things. You have everything inside of you to achieve your goals. If you can stop the self-criticism, you can tap into the massive potential that you possess. Denying yourself that truth about what you're able to accomplish, and if you don't acknowledge failures and your past as necessary elements in life, you cannot then use the precious stepping stones that they are.

So, from this moment, begin each new day with a refreshed spirit that is ready to face the challenges as they come. Start to look out for any chance you can exploit to better your plans for yourself. Start to think new thoughts and let the things you think about be the positive influence you've been missing. In all your endeavors, do not be a personal contributing source of negative factors. Replace that personality you have that doesn't see real potential in you. Eradicate thoughts of inadequacy from your train of thought. Practice telling yourself how much you believe you can make the best things happen in life.

If you've had this disbelief in yourself for a long time, it might also take some time to squash it entirely. Don't give up on yourself and don't ever be discouraged, try surrounding yourself with people who are willing to see you succeed. With their support and encouragements, you can accomplish anything. No one should understand your value better than you. Believe in yourself.
