Boldness Experience it and Be Free

Have you ever come to a point in your life where you feel good things aren't just meant to happen to you - I mean, those times when you feel so lost and have no clue how to keep moving forward? Or perhaps you find yourself stuck in an expensive business or relationship. Before you know it fear begins to creep in, and then resentment towards your life kicks off.

Too often, we let doubt, worry and fear take control of our mind and define our lives. We hold back and play it safe so as to avoid being embarrassed, hurt, face possible failure or rejection or even success. We give so much power to fear that it can steal our dreams, sleep, the ability to challenge yourself, and joy. Like every muscle in the body, your ability to challenge yourself is something that needs to be worked on. This ability seems to be the most crucial muscle to build because it gives you the boldness and confidence to face whatever challenge life throws your way.

Being afraid of failure is normal, but don’t be afraid to fail so much that you stop trying new things. The reality is that there will come a point in life where you will be bound to go through the struggle. But the way you respond to it matters a lot. You can be bold, and build an irresistible force and mindset. If you want to achieve your dreams and experience boldness, you have to be ready to take that step of faith despite fear. Most successful people today all passed through this phase which makes them a testament to the endless capacity of the human potential.

It’s your responsibility to be bold, acknowledge, and face your fears - and get out of your comfort zone and be the best.

The following are a few tips to help you face fear and experience boldness:

Seek out Adversity

Do something that motivates you to go beyond your limits. Learn to go after what you want; nothing will make you feel more satisfied than proving to yourself that you are capable of being your absolute best.

Use Bold Language

Use confident language in your everyday life. Learn how to use unstoppable, powerful, and bold words as a regular part of your daily vocabulary.

Exercise

Exercise has been proven, not only to improve the body but also improves habits and overall self-confidence. It boosts your energy propelling you to overcome the life challenges you face.

Schedule Confidence

“If you envision it, it's possible, if you talk about it, it's a dream, but if you schedule it, it's real.” says, Tony Robbins. Whatever you want to achieve in your life, whatever fear you face and want to overcome, write it and schedule it.

Get Something Done

Everyone loves getting good results. If you want to figure out an answer to a challenge, learn how to take action and accomplish something. Get out of your comfort zone, set a task related to your challenge and do it to completion.

The key to mastering self-control and willpower in the face of a challenge is developing positive habits and boldness in life. Building the desired habit at least once a month to help you feel bold and in control of your life.
