The moment you realize that not everything is important to you and avoid doing those unnecessary things you will be able to become a better you.
Keep track of your progress every day
To be able to stay focused, you need a motivation. Keeping track of your progress on a daily basis is the best way of motivating yourself to do more and become better. Set a goal and track your progress towards achieving that goal. This way you will know whether you are making progress or not. Always maintain your eyes on the price (goal) and do not let anything distract you.
Whatever you want in life, the only person holding you back is yourself. Your emotions, your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and attitudes determine your actions. Actions create results and without good results, you will fail to achieve your goals and dreams. For you to have better results, you should not shut your eyes, work on your mindset and ensure that your thoughts and emotions are in line with your goals.
