Having a list of saying yes and saying No helps you with reaching your goals

Having an analysis of yes or no expressions shows an affirmation and a negative response respectively. Realistically, having the insights to use the two words is a step towards achieving life goals. As a result, you either approve or disapprove your decisions. We are products of our choices, for instance, when you opt to affirm yourself, like ‘I am good enough to accomplish my goals.’ In fact, you start dwelling on what works for you and what does not. You learn to be yourself and walk your path without living up to other people's expectations. An analysis list of saying ‘yes’ and ‘no’ gives a sense of direction towards achieving your goals as follows:

Ask yourself do I need or want to do this?

All your issues that unfold in life assume a lot of significance when you accord them this question. You should not force yourself to do something you do not want to do. If a request goes against your morals, beliefs, don't shy off saying ‘no' with no explanations and apologies. Notably, if a situation is beneficial to you, answer yes; however, if you are to feel miserable after that, you need to decline devoid of doubts.

The time concept

One of the greatest empowerment you can give yourself is to be a good time manager. Once time passes, we can never recover it. As a result, when you discern between spending time wisely and wasting time, then you can respond to an issue with a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ to its accomplishment.

The consequences of your choice

Whatever choice we make in life assumes a positive trait or a negative trait. Think about the contribution of your options to the world. What is the impact of the process you are embarking on to the people who means so much to you? For instance, stealing money from a colleague, it is not only embarrassing but illegal. Remember when you spend time attending to a non-beneficial task, you lose that time forever.

Allows you to be responsible

Being responsible is not blaming anyone or anything for your situation including yourself. When your choices skew to the negative end, you take in a deep breath and transform it to be more beneficial. Additionally, you understand that challenges are always there in life and yours is not an exception. Surprisingly, you learn to joke as well as laugh about your troubles and gather the strength they possess. Learning when to say ‘yes' or ‘no' allows you to be accountable in life and sees you through achieving your goals.

Life has never been a walk in the park; instead, challenges make life interesting. Majorly, overcoming life's hurdles makes it interesting. Primarily, problems will always be there in life; it’s your attitude towards them that distinguishes a winner and a loser. Achieving your goals needs you to give a firm and elaborate ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for an answer.
