Always Remember Everyone Suffers At Some Point In Their Life So Don't Judge

How surprised do you feel when you hear that someone you have seen every day suddenly committed suicide? How would you feel when you hear that someone you've been ignoring all this time died of a chronic illness you never knew about? What would go through your mind when you discover that someone who was here isn't here anymore? Similar streams of thought accompany all these scenarios. Your mind will begin to remind you that life is too short and everyone has a unique challenge. If you are in your right mind, would you end your life? If everything in your life is fine, you wouldn't ever think of committing suicide? Will you even get depressed? When you come in contact with people, keep in mind that they are going through difficulties of theirs. These people may be on the verge of suicide and just doing something unkind to them might be all that is required to push them overboard. It's true that you're having challenges of your own, but no matter how bad things are with you, someone somewhere is going through something worse. So, don't judge people no matter how tempting it gets. You haven't been in their shoes, and even if you know their stories, you have not lived their lives. Don't call people selfish because they put their lives ahead of others. These people have gone through things that you cannot understand the same way you have challenges no one else can understand. The last thing you need to do is wake up in the morning with a judgmental attitude. How To Stop Judging Others

1. Always Monitor Your Thoughts Always analyze what goes through your head and put it in check. If you notice that you spend most of your time thinking about other people, well you have work to do. 2. Focus on Yourself One way to stop being judgmental is to spend more time focusing on yourself. This doesn't mean you should judge yourself, just make most of your thoughts and activities about you. Always look for the positive and focus on that. 3. Stop Judging Yourself Self-judgment comes from harboring regrets and negative feelings about actions. Make it your lives goal to live everyday as it comes making the best out of it. Things might go well, things might not go well, but at the end, you'll know you did your best to stay happy. This will help prevent self-judgment and regrets. Conclusion Everyone has been through one pain or the other. Everyone has one challenge or the other. You are not the only one with difficulties so stop judging people. If you notice that you have a habit of condemning people for their actions or decisions, put a stop to it today. A judgmental attitude hurts those being judged, makes you look insecure and scared and makes you judge yourself as well. Make it your goal to mind your business and enjoy life to the fullest.
