You have more inner strength than you realize

You have more inner strength than you realize, so it is time to use that strength to do what your heart is telling you to do

When people come to the point in their lives where they realize that they have come of age to take responsibility for themselves, it raises the questions. They need to answer the questions of 'who they are' and 'what they can do' to handle this new phase of life that hits them. In the process of answering these internal questions, a person may be in confusion. Few people with the inner desire to answer these questions go on the quest to search for answers, while others go with the majority and do what the majority does, hoping that one day the answer will reveal itself to them. Eventually, the few who embarked on the quest come to the understanding of these questions and have the ability to answer these questions efficiently, what they are supposed to do and who they become clearer to them. In this process a new set of questions come to mind, questions emanating from the feeling of fear like 'am I sure that I am capable of doing this?' And 'What will be the outcome if I fail in the process?'

For a person to conquer fear, one needs courage, and that courage is the inner strength. Inner strength is the willpower derived from a belief in something which forms the reason a person is in that because. This belief is created as an expectation of a positive outcome. In inner building strength, one must have a conviction of the cause they are pursuing, a conviction in the sense that they understand the reasons behind what they are doing and seeing it through to the end.

There will come a time when a person will get physically exhausted from pursuing a cause and will have every reason to give up because things are not working according to how it was planned. It is then that the inner strength reminds them of the reasons that made them start and this encourages them to move on and not to give up. Although there will always be some discouraging factors, it is only when they listen to their heart and use that inner strength as there fuel to their physical strength that they would pull through the huddle; and now they realize that they have more inner strength than they know.

The interesting part about the inner strength and listening to the heart is the benefits that come with it. Benefits that advances one higher by overcoming the challenges, for instance, fear is the one major factor that makes many people not to strive towards greatest; overcoming that factor makes other challenges seem like opportunities to express one's true potential. Another of the benefits here will be the value of diligence which is a scarce commodity regarding building a character that requires patience and hard work on one's path to attain it. The benefits are endless and also following your heart may not be so easy, but it is always worth the attempt which all starts with developing the inner strength.
