6 WAYS BUSY PEOPLE CAN GET MORE EXERCISE

Health is wealth and it’s very important to take good care of your health. Nothing else matters more, because without good health, life become meaningless. So how do you achieve and maintain good health, one of the major ways is exercise. The amazing benefits associated with exercising the body are too essential for you to ignore them. Plus, the good news is that you don’t even have to go to the gym to exercise, you can achieve that same fitness from the comfort of your home or in your office during your leisure time. Even walking is a good form of exercise. All you have to do is imbibe the fitness habit, live the #fitfam lifestyle and you’ll feel the impact immediately on your body.

In this article, I’ll explain 6 ways you can sneak exercises into your daily routine no matter how busy you’re. I know we’re all busy people. Blame the modern world we live in now. Well, as I’m writing this blog post, I’m exercising myself and I’ll explain how you can do that too no matter how buys your day is.

Sneak Exercise in while on the road

Do you always take the shuttle or train to work and your office is just a few miles away? You need to rethink that now. It’s time to try out walking or biking to work. It makes you more active and it’s refreshing naturally. You’ll walk into the office more fit and sharp than you’ve ever been. You can try it out tomorrow. Apart that you’ll derived the amazing physical benefits, you’ll also get to meditate and listen to your own thoughts.

If your office is very far and you can’t walk or bike, there’s still a way to exercise while sitting. Some shoulder-flexing activities and neck turning routines during the morning traffic jam can go a long way in preventing stiffness and tightness in the body.

Sneak exercise in while seating

Do you sit for long hours in your office, I bet you do? We all do, even entrepreneurs do. The way to go is to get a standing desk, which exercises your leg muscles much more actively than you would while sitting down. Or you can even get an exercise ball and sit on it during working hours. This helps to activate your core muscles, prevent the regular back pain associated with sitting and improve your overall productivity at work.

Sneaking Exercises in your hobbies.

Do you love dancing naturally or perhaps you love playing football? All you must do is to take it to the next level and step up your game You can take up ballroom dancing or even try out Zumba. For the football fans, you can try out few drills that the professional players are doing next time you’re at the field. By sneaking in exercise in what you already love, you get to enjoy the amazing benefits of exercising without even feeling the pain associated with it.

Take things one step at a time.

You can’t achieve that banging body you’ve always desired in a few days. The body adapts to activity levels, but it also loves resting. So, don’t feel bad when your mind feels like exercising but your body is not cooperative. There are days like that, the little exercise you can do daily matters even if it’s just stretching for a start. Just keep going till you’ve achieved consistency.

Involve your Friends and Family.

Like I mentioned earlier #Fitfam, which means fitness family. In exercise, seeing people around you keep you going. (The more, the merrier), that’s why many people visit gym, to get motivated.

For you, just invite your friends or family members for a hike, stroll or morning jogging. Trust me, it’s more fun than when you do it alone.

Join a fitness competition.

Competitions bring out the best version of people. Do you feel you’ll do better when your competition? Then join a competition, even if you don’t win it, the spirit of competition will bring out the best in you. You get to sweat it out in ways you never thought was possible. You can also organize your own contest among your friends and colleagues and see how wonderful things can get.

Exercise is very good for your physical and mental health. Don’t go a day without doing any form of exercise.
