Now that you have gotten to the end of the week it is a good time to ask yourself the following questions:
What surprises did I discover this week?
What lessons did I learn that I can build upon for next week?
Are my short-term efforts still in alignment with my long-term goals?
What could I have spent more or less time on?
What affect did fear have on what I did or did not do?
What mental clutter can I clear?
What is the first step I will take for next week?
Now ponder each of these questions and write down in a journal so that each week you can compare your notes and see what you have accomplished and if you are still on track for your goals.
